At Ladoora, we take great care in preparing and packaging our premium dry fruit ladoos to ensure the best quality for our customers.
Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened.
However, if you receive:
A damaged product
Wrong item
Missing item
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
After verification, we may provide:
Replacement product or
Refund/store credit (if applicable)
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days.
